Committee meetings are open to all members.
The Annual General Meeting usually is held on the Saturday of the spring Conference. On rare occasions, such as during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, the AGM may be held on-line.
Special General Meetings, and normal committee meetings, are held on-line.
The committee has been using Google Hangouts for most meetings, but recently has been experimenting with Zoom. Standard Hangouts has a limit of 10 attendees, which has become a problem as more committee seats have been filled. Zoom works better for more attendees. Depending on which conferencing system is used it may be necessary to limit attendance, with committee members getting precedence.
The Secretary advertises the meeting time, place and agenda of meetings in advance on the accu-members list. If you are interested in attending, either in person or virtually, send an email at secretary@accu.org, and you will be sent the joining instructions.
